Job Description:

Working closely with research to identify successful community participants on Twitter and understand their needsDeveloping an overarching community strategy that will allow Twitter to grow and better engage this groupCollaborating with data science and operations to ensure that community efforts are measurable and deliver for both Twitter and community membersDesigning community systems (e.g. volunteer recruitment/onboarding, reward structures, engagement plans) that reward successful community organisersWorking cross-functionally to establish an “always on” engagement program including communication, training and community events/conferences

Responsibilities:

  • Designing community systems (e.g. volunteer recruitment/onboarding, reward structures, engagement plans) that reward successful community organisers
  • Working closely with research to identify successful community participants on Twitter and understand their needs
  • Developing an overarching community strategy that will allow Twitter to grow and better engage this group
  • Working cross-functionally to establish an “always on” engagement program including communication, training and community events/conferences
  • Collaborating with data science and operations to ensure that community efforts are measurable and deliver for both Twitter and community members
