Position Title: IT Strategic Business Partner

Job Description:
You’ll be passionate about delivering the right solutions and experiences for our staff and clients and get excited about the work we do both for our clients and across WPP.Where needed, you’ll agree the development of unique products, with an eye to them scaling for greater benefit around Europe, Middle East and Africa and the creative businesses at large.
Responsibilities:
- You’ll work with the Global and Regional executive teams within the Creative Agencys and be the voice of technology and their strategic technology partner.
- You’ll develop and agree the strategy for the business, evolve roadmaps and work with creative product teams to deploy in your business.
- You’ll lead regional-based teams of strategic business partners who are your voice in the region and work with you to deliver the technology strategy for each agency.
Requirements:
- Work with stakeholders across their patch and WPP IT strategic programmes, to proactively ensure delivery – and to secure the engagement required to realise the value of the Creative Archetype portfolio
- Develop and maintain a view in their patch of stakeholder alignment; delivery challenges; Agency business risks and strategies, and in-flight initiatives – able to engage readily in ongoing planning and roadmap discussions with the Archetype Portfolio Lead, Architecture and strategic programmes
- Collate and manage a transparent plan to support visibility and focus on interdependencies, delivery risks and assumptions for all WPP IT work in their patch
