Position Title: Product Marketing Manager

Job Description

In this role, you will fuel the YouTube Marketing team with insights to support the success of our Business-to-Consumer (B2C) campaigns. From creative testing, to measuring the impact of our campaigns, you will be responsible for understanding the team’s needs, crafting an adequate measurement plan, putting the plan to execution by conducting internal and external research projects, and formulating clear and impactful recommendations out of the gathered insights.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure smooth execution of measurement plans (timings, budgets, management of external research partners).
  • Develop measurement plan for the B2C campaigns planned by YouTube Marketing team, advise on methodologies, and campaign key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Be a thought leader for how we approach campaign optimization and support with adapted strategies and methodologies matching the region’s specificities while maintaining global consistency.
  • Develop compelling narratives and recommendations to share insights with research stakeholders.
  • Coordinate plans with global measurement team and partners..

Requirements:

  • Experience in insights/market and consumer research
  • Ability to understand partners’ strategic background and objectives
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively across functions and geography
  • Ability to speak and write in English fluently
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
