Job Description:

We are currently looking for a People and Culture Manager (HR Manager) for a newly opened store in Poland. This person will start work in Warsaw and will train and work here for a period of about 12 months. Then he will move to another city to open another Primark store in Poland.

Responsibilities:

  • Implementation of the strategy and action plan of the People & Culture department.
  • Taking care of a good atmosphere and communication in the store.
  • Conducting HR and payroll processes in the store (keeping employee documentation, working time settlement, preparing payroll).
  • Advice and support for Managers in the field of all HR processes in the store.
  • Building an organizational culture and spreading PRIMARK values ​​among the team.
  • Participation in People and Culture projects related to the development of the Primark brand on the Polish and foreign market.
  • Conducting analyzes of HR indicators and recommending actions that will improve them.
  • Effective implementation of recruitment processes in the store.
  • Ensuring the proper course of the implementation process of new colleagues in the team.
  • Create long-term plans for employment and labor costs.
  • Support and coordination of training and development policy.
  • Managing the subordinate team: work planning, supervision and motivation.
  • Cooperation with an external company in the field of payroll.

Requirements:

  • Cooperation with an external company in the field of payroll.
  • Independence and good organization of own work, the ability to plan tasks and set priorities.
  • Proactivity and focus on achieving goals – the ability to recommend solutions and solve problems
  • Support and coordination of training and development policy.
  • Taking care of a good atmosphere and communication in the storAt least 3/4 years of experience in a position of a similar scope, retail industry is welcome.
  • Ready to work in a changing and dynamic environment.
  • Create long-term plans for employment and labor costs.
  • Advice and support for Managers in the field of all HR processes in the store.
  • Ensuring the proper course of the implementation process of new colleagues in the team.
  • Conducting analyzes of HR indicators and recommending actions that will improve them.
  • Participation in People and Culture projects related to the development of the Primark brand on the Polish and foreign market.
  • Conducting HR and payroll processes in the store (keeping employee documentation, working time settlement, preparing payroll).
  • High interpersonal skills, including the ability to negotiate and argue, the ability to build relationships and exert influence.
  • Managing the subordinate team: work planning, supervision and motivation.
  • Knowledge of English enabling easy communication (minimum level B2 / C1).
  • Effective implementation of recruitment processes in the store.
  • Building an organizational culture and spreading PRIMARK values ​​among the team.
  • Practical knowledge of: labor law, recruitment, development, employee evaluation, incentive systems.
  • Implementation of the strategy and action plan of the People & Culture department.
  • Higher education (preferred: human resource management, economics).
  • Experience in team management.
  • Willingness to relocate after about 12 months to another city in Poland (Kraków, Katowice).e.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and programs is highly appreciated.
