Position Title: Insight Executive

Job Description:

There are multiple CSAT programmes in the business across food and non-food and this role will work across all of our brands (Sainsbury’s, Argos, Tu & Habitat) giving someone the opportunity to be a business expert on how our CSAT programmes are run and be the face of this with their stakeholders. This position helps to land changes to the programmes in a business with nearly 200k colleagues, with the main aim of the role being to both launch and project manage the running of all CSAT programmes internally.

Responsibilities:

  • Working in collaboration with Buyers, Sourcing Managers and Category Managers, provide support to the
  • Lead on and work with the Insight Managers to launch our CSAT programmes internally, thinking specifically about communication and relationship building
  • Monitor the functional delivery and health of each programme and data for example, sampling/data management, survey amends and data quality/integrity. Flag and sort any issues in a timely manner to all relevant stakeholders
  • Where needed, run trials, methodology changes, and initiatives to further develop and enhance the programmes
  • Consistently champion evolution of all programmes to land ongoing improvements in line with best practice and stakeholder need
  • Working with the relevant Insight Manager, work with technical, data analytics and insight teams to land the programmes and reporting internally

  • An articulate and persuasive communication style
  • Energy and enthusiasm about customer satisfaction programmes (CSAT)
  • An interest in technical aspects of customer programmes such as data integrity, surveys and sampling
  • Clarity of thought, strategic thinking & a methodical approach to problem solving
  • Passionate about the customer programmes and holding ourselves accountable for ensuring they are the best they can be
