Position Title:IT Service Desk Analyst

Job Description:

Responsibilities:
- Provide day to day service desk support for customers to report faults and issues
- Log, prioritise, assign and track requests, ensuring that all complaints are resolved
- Manage communications to service users in the event of any service impacting issues
Requirements:
- Qualification in IT and / or equivalent work experience.
- Knowledge of basic computer hardware and software packages
- Experience of desktop operating systems, including Microsoft Windows10
- Working knowledge of a range of diagnostic utilities.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes – particularly Incident Management, Problem Management and Request Fulfilment.
