Position Title: Information Systems Manager

Job Description:

Establishes, maintains and communicates IT (information technology) procedures, policies, standards and strategic direction related to technical work and data processing systems activities, including systems analysis and programming for an agency.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with peers and all business function areas (e.g. Payroll, Purchasing, Human
  • Resources, Finance) relative to the development of PeopleSoft technical specifications, design documents, and system setup/configuration
  •  Manage the design, development, and implementation of functional specifications
  •  Manage critical path project activities relative to PeopleSoft Development
  •  Manage a development team in the areas of scheduling, technical direction, future planning, and standard development practices for development of forms, reports, interfaces, conversions, customizations and workflows
  •  Performs related work as assigned
  •  Manage the data cleansing and data validation tasks
  •  Work with vendors on third party interface development
  •  Actively participate and/or manage implementation and integration tasks in coordination with consultants, process owners, and ERP project management
  •  Actively participate in system testing
  •  Provide ongoing PeopleSoft support and maintenance

Requirements:

  • PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification
  • Relevant Master’s Degree
  • PeopleSoft 9.2 Supply Chain / Financials Development experience
  • PeopleSoft 9.2 HCM Development experience
  • Experience using MicroSoft Office
  • Oracle / PeopleSoft Certification
  • 3 or more years of experience with PeopleSoft 9.2 Supply Chain / Financials Development at time of application
  • 3 years or more of experience with PeopleSoft 9.2 HCM Development at time of application
  • 3 years or more of experience with Report Development at time of application
  • 3 Years or more SQL / Patch Analysis / Development Methodology
