Responsibilities:
- Working within Integrated Maintenance and Repair unit, you will provide tactical and operational resource planning.
- Key responsibilities of the role include enabling, planning and in-day management of our leakage and customer jobs, delivering efficient schedules to Customer Service front line teams so as to provide an optimum resource fit against forecast demand.
- The Planning Team is the central hub for our operational teams and is pivotal in driving the delivery of our business targets and objectives.
Requirements:
- Strong awareness & understanding of water network issues
- Excellent IT and keyboard skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, planning/scheduling, customer service and communication skills
- Able to work under pressure in a reactive environment, where change is the norm
- Experience in a similar operational role would be advantageous
