Responsibilities:

  • Provide regular reporting on key performance metrics including traffic, get-to-product and basket analysis and use these insights to shape your category’s digital merchandising plan.
    Implement our SEO strategy including the creation of high quality, keyword optimised SEO copy.
  • Build effective networks across the business to best support your product category, deliver our promotional plan and help customers achieve their shopping goals.
    Use CMS and eCommerce tools to implement strategic changes and updates to our websites including optimising on site search results, navigation, promotions and trading assets.
  • Use digital insights tools to monitor product category performance and identify opportunities to improve customer journeys on multiple websites across different devices.
