Position Title: Marketing Effectiveness Implementation Specialist

Job Description:

The Marketing Effectiveness Implementation manager is responsible for qualitative analysis of the efficiency and appropriateness of the existing effectiveness processes and identification of new areas for improvement. This will include scoping needs, resources, costs and benefits to provide a business case, rationale and roadmap to delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • The primary responsibility of the Marketing Effectiveness Implementation Manager is to contribute to designing effectiveness and budget management tools and approaches whilst championing the seamless implementation within selected markets.
  • Working with local Effectiveness tags where available, the implementation manager will support and guide the business to ensure that new ways of working, tools and analysis are properly embedded into the organization and drive value.
  • The Marketing Effectiveness Implementation manager is responsible for qualitative analysis of the efficiency and appropriateness of the existing effectiveness processes and identification of new areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • A university degree is essential & a business qualification is highly desirable
  • Minimum of 3 years in a Marketing or other commercially oriented role, with proven track record of performance management.
  • Previous experience in an operational marketing role is desirable
  • Evidence of process improvement and change management
  • Strong data analytical skills & confidence with complex data sets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Effective reporting and presentation skills
  • Enthusiastic and proactive team player
  • Ability to work under pressure i.e. multiple tasks and time sensitive milestones
  • Strong communicator and ability to form partnerships and collaborate
  • Is excellent at organizing, prioritizing and managing tasks to successful completion
