Position Title: Paid Search Specialist

Job Description:

We’re looking for an exceptional Paid Search Specialist to join our talented team at Cazoo. You’ll contribute to delivering our Performance Marketing strategy across Paid Search, Aggregators / Marketplaces, Paid Social, Display and Affiliates. Reporting into a Senior Performance Marketing Manager, you’ll help to grow Cazoo across the UK and Europe in line with our business targets.

Responsibilities: 

  • Supporting the team in implementation of our best-in-class Performance Marketing strategy for Search (Google Ads and Bing Ads), Aggregators and Paid Social media (Facebook and Instagram).
  • Optimising our performance marketing channels to support growth: Paid Search, Aggregators / Marketplaces, Paid Social, Display, Native ads and Affiliate Marketing.
  • Utilising bid management technology to manage and optimise paid search activity at scale.
  • Analysing results to increase the efficiency of the paid budget and monitoring paid ads to ensure best practice.
  • Working with the wider marketing team to drive sales and revenue growth whilst reducing customer acquisition costs and increasing profitability.
  • Supporting implementation of our brand digital campaigns.
  • Conversion optimisation and testing of ads and landing pages to further accelerate our strong growth.
  • You’ll be responsible for reporting on the effectiveness of performance marketing activity.
  • Implementing test and learn opportunities (e.g. Product Betas, targeting opportunities etc).

Reqirements:

  • Ideally 1-2 years Performance Marketing/Paid Search experience.
  • Experience in planning, implementing and managing Paid Search campaigns using Google/Bing Ads and Search Ads 360, ideally with experience agency-side or at an eCommerce company.
  • Experience in analysing data and using common performance/web analytics tools (Google Analytics / Looker / Tableau)
  • Exposure to other paid channels such as: Paid Social, Display, Aggregators / Marketplaces, Native Ads, Partnerships / Affiliate Marketing, is preferable.
  • You are a quick learner with a strong analytical understanding of numbers.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and sharing knowledge with the rest of the team.
  • Entrepreneurial passion for working at speed.
  • Highly reliable, independent, structured and goal-oriented way of working.
  • Good verbal, written communication skills and presentation skills.
  • Good stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to think both strategically and tactically depending on the business’ needs.
