Responsibilities: 

  • Ensure all relevant internal parties have relevant information in a timely manner to ensure successful deadline management e.g. timely payments of occupancy costs and timely submission of IP’s to meet lease end dates
  • Propose stores for opening, relocation, closure and refits based on solid facts and intel
  • Provide training and development for team members to improve service level to the stores and retail estate.
  • Work with relevant departments to generate all IP documents to officially present to SLP and Global
  • Develop a robust criteria in conjunction with property management team – for every project type (relocation, new, closure and refit) taking into consideration demographics, customer profile, ecom sales and customer data available
  • Revisit projects post completion to evaluate if IP approval success criteria has been met and if not highlight immediately to PD
  • In addition, you may be required to support the Facilities Manager to deliver solutions for the retail teams.
  • Work closely with PD and Store Development Manager to build 3yr strategy for network.
  • Ensure PUK have a full overview of all aspects of our property portfolio working with the team to ensure the accuracy of contracts database
  • Responsible for all aspects of property portfolio; legal and lease management (new and renewals), 3rd party contracts, Rates SC and other property costs

Reqirements:

  • Strong Communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage large sets of data and present results in a simple manner
  • Display leadership and influencing skills
  • Self-motivated and driven
  • Ability to effectively collaborate across multiple functions
  • Experience of working with solicitors completing leases, heads of terms and other legal documentation.
