Position Title: European Trucking Coordinator

Job Description:
You will be responsible for the fast charging of air freight from DGF & Starbroker that has arrived at the airport for delivery to the end customers or DGF. The Coordinator will also have to keep the offices informed of the progress of these shipments.
Responsibilities:
- planning international trucks from Liège to various European cities
- administrative processing trucks (in Cargowise, in xls)
- follow-up shipment information via email with foreign offices (good English is a must)
- coordination with local companies at LGG airport (handlers, airlines, customs offices), both by mail and by telephone.
- If necessary, the person will also have to meet handling agents in person.
- reporting to LGG station manager but also dotted line to European trucking manager SBR Lizzy Vertommen
Requirements:
- You already have some experience in Logistics: knowledge of road freight/air freight/customs is highly desirable
- Stress resistant
- French and English
