Position Title: Sales Pricing Support Specialist

Job Description:

Your role will assist in producing pricing proposals to customers and preparing tender bids and presentations.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond and Deliver all pricing requests in line with pricing policies
  • Deliver market competitive pricing to the Business and Sales teams in order to achieve volume & revenue growth in line with the Pricing & Product Strategy.
  • Produce reports and analysis for the use of Sales teams.
  • Support preparation of pricing proposals consistent with pricing policies and standards.
  • Produce and Support with customers pricing proposal, bids and tenders.
  • Support achievement of the Sales targets through local, regional, product related initiatives.
  • Regular interface to ensure consistent planning and reviewing of pricing strategies with Commercial management.
  • Encourage positive / productive collaboration with the Sales, Operational and all other DHL departments.
  • Undertake any projects/duties as assigned by the Sales Support & RFQ Team Leader/Head of Sales & Marketing.

Requirements:

  • Solid analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Sharp eye / flair for figures.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Advance MS Excel skills
  • Advance MS Office skills including Word, PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with financial reporting and revenue management.
  • Strong initiative and high achievement motivation.
  • Entrepreneurial, flexible attitude.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent time management skills: ability to prioritize and organize well.
  • Freight Forwarding experience would be advantageous.
