Job Description:

Responsibilities: 

  • Reporting into the Head of Paid Media, responsible for digital marketing traffic driving initiatives across digital brand activations
  • As Digital Manager you will manage both the digital brand budget in line with ROAS and brand metrics
  • Responsible for Paid & Owned Social & Digital Display
  • Push the boundaries with innovative ideas to ensure PANDORA stays ahead of the competition
    Work closely with the Search Marketing Manager to lead and execute the UK & Ireland digital strategy in line with both the global and local trading line up
  • This role is a key interface between the global media, creative and brand activation departments to fulfil local marketing needs

Reqirements:

  • Implement regular reporting structure to evaluate ROAS/KPIs on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis vs LY and targets
  • Lead UK and global communication to share market knowledge, performance and innovative digital marketing activities to improve performance
  • Manage channel optimisations together with agencies to drive cost efficient channel performance
    Work closely with the Consumer Insights Analyst, eCom Analyst and Finance Business Partner to provide ROAS/KPI targets for each of the channels/agencies to adhere to
  • Follow best practice guidance from external sources, Global media teams, and agencies to ensure effective digital marketing execution
