Position Title: Assistant Education Resource Worker

Job Description:

This is a new and exciting role. You will be one of a team of 7 Pathways Coordinators who will play a key role in the implementation of the MCR programme in Dundee secondary schools. You will based in a school and support care-experienced and other dis-advantaged young people to improve their educational outcomes and future pathways. You will work full time, 37 hours per week on temporary basis until 31 March 2023

Responsibilities:

• You will promote the outcomes identified by MCR Pathways Manager (a partnership programme of DCC C&F Service) to support young people set, experience and follow education and employment pathways.

Requirements:

• You will be educated to HNC level or equivalent within the Social Science field.
