Job Description:


Staff in this role will be required to demonstrate strong customer focus, professionalism, flexibility and commitment to delivery of user-centred outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the testing of new systems.
    Diagnose and triage incidents/requests
  • Update/review our user guides.
  • Drivie continuous improvement.
  • Handle stakeholders.
  • Provide IT support services for a range of IT systems.

Requirements:

  • Not be undertaking another apprenticeship at the same time.
  • Must have lived in the UK and/or EU for 3 years prior to apprenticeship start date.
