Position Title: Store Helpdesk Clerk

Job Description:

The Store Help Desk Advisor will work within a team at the Coventry DC providing first line assistance to our shops regarding any problems or queries that may arise regarding deliveries or stock. Communicating with our shops regarding any changes to deliveries is an important part of the role so the preferred colleague will need to be confident with all forms of communication from email to phone calls outgoing and incoming.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide clear and accurate information to our customers by using the right methods/tools
  • Resolve product or service-related problems by clarifying the customer’s needs. Determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to Solve the problem remembering to follow up the call to ensure resolution
  • Effectively communicating all delivery or service changes to the customer
  • Providing cross functional support regarding deliveries and collections
  • Investigate store claims regarding missing or damaged stock to completion, recording all investigation details into Salesforce
  • Strict adherence to agreed claim raising deadlines for stores and rejection of claims where appropriate
  • Other ADHOC projects and duties set out by managers

Requirements:

  • Confident at taking and making calls to customers
  • Data entry experience
  • Warehouse function knowledge
  • Able to work as a team
