Position Title: HR Business Partner

Job Description

The Human Resources department supports the Business to ensure the effective management and development of the talent in our organization, helping our people build great careers and working together to make Fidelity a great place to work.

Responsibilities:

  • Our Technology & Digital senior leadership teams are as passionate about their people as we in HR are.
  • As their HR Business Partner, you will contribute towards the development of their people agenda, and ensure it is reflected in all decisions and aligned to achieve the desired business outcomes.
  • The HRBP must work with the lead Technology & Digital HRBP and other key HRBPs supporting the global Technology & Digital function across India,
  • APAC & Europe to develop and drive innovative, future-driven, business focused HR initiatives that add value to the business. The role works closely with our Centre’s of
  • Expertise including talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, campus recruitment and talent management.

Requirements:

  • A track record of strategically partnering Senior Leaders of large, complex, global teams to craft and deliver their people agenda (experience supporting Technology functions in Financial Services would be great too, but not essential)
  • With strong business acumen, have the ability to building credible and trusting relationships that allow you to influence senior leaders and drive to action
  • Understanding of global versus local needs and challenges, and able to navigate these alongside our HR CoEs and global HRBP team successfully
  • Have experience of dealing with employee relations cases end to end and astutely evaluate employment law risks
