Job Description:

Proactively manage and develop our existing 3rd party capital base that supports the FS lending activities as may be required.Thorough knowledge of client activities and investment risk appetite. To keep in regular contact with clients and to be aware of any changes in investment sentiment.Work with Fund Solutions origination team to:o syndicate existing risk off Investec’s balance sheet to actively participate in the Fund Solutions deal forums (new deals) to collectively form a view around our ability to raise capital for new deal/s

Responsibilities:

• Proactively manage existing portfolio of investor clientManage processes involved in syndicating transactions in the market, inter alia; assisting in the production of marketing materials, managing investors, assisting with Q&A, through to agreeing trade and executing trades.
• Ensure that all products marked by Investec are represented to clients appropriately, including any other bank wide opportunities that the desk is not directly involved inActively participate in raising new institutional capital to diversify the existing 3rd party capital base.
• Ensure that all relevant client details/activity/feedback etc. is input into the CRM system. This should be done in a timely manner and

Requirements:
