Job Description:

The Group Technology Services teams are charged with ensuring a quality operational service across all the tools and systems, and with delivering ongoing improvements and upgrades in line with business priorities. Group Technology is central to our overall technology strategy and ensures we have the tools and tech to be Britain’s largest and most loved broadcaster.

Responsibilities:

  • You will work with internal teams and business stakeholders to arrange monthly update and pitch meetings with sales, marketing and operations teams. In preparation for these meetings you will work alongside the Global Content Team to create presentation material and will be responsible for the logistics of the meeting when live.
  • The role also needs to work closely with external producers and clients including organising monthly and quarterly producer meetings on behalf of the Global Content Team.
  • For industry markets such as MIPCOM and our own ITV Studios Drama Festivals, you will manage the pre and post-market processes, including creating pitching material for sales teams, organising pre-market sales conferences, creating slides and toolkits, and potentially presenting to the wider Global Distribution teams alongside Global Content.
  • Additionally, you will create tailor-made business presentations for potential new producer partners and manage the secure sharing of creative materials with sales and clients.
  • Working competently with Google Drive, you will be handling sensitive information and deal with confidential matters that are a key part of the business, creating half-year and end-of-year producer reports including sales histories, market and territory feedback as well as a marketing roundups. You will also be required to produce ad-hoc sales reports for specific shows using data within ITV’s business portal software system.

Requirements:

  • Ability to learn new IT systems, with ideally a knowledge of Google Drive and the Google Suite
  • Being able to build effective working relationships across a variety of stakeholders (internal and external)
  • Interest in scripted television content
  • Adaptable and proactive attitude
