Job Description:
GIS Healthcare is responsible for the distribution, delivery, collection, maintenance and minor adaptations of medical and telecare equipment to support hospital discharges and for individuals to remain independent in their own home.
Responsibilities:
- Duties include but not limited to: Installing and removing a variety of medical items such as bath lifts, beds, mattresses and mobile hoists as well as commodes and furniture risers.
- Some of this equipment is heavy so you will need to be physically fit and able to lift and carry.
- Drivers work closely with Transport Co-ordinators who arrange their work in order to meet SLA,) service level agreement) arrangements. Experience of multi drop van deliveries would be useful but not essential.
