Responsibilities:

  • We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated professional to join the Information Management Service in the Records Management Team.
  • You will be joining the team at an exciting time as we move towards a more agile way of working with the introduction of Microsoft 365.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for the Records Management Team you will play a key role in engaging with the organisation,
  • promoting the new digital ways of working and ensuring information and records are managed in compliance with good practice and legislation. You will be managing a diverse and varied workload across both physical and electronic records.
  • The candidate will have experience of working in the information management sector and experience of using Microsoft 365 or SharePoint, experience of managing projects to time and budget and the ability to communicate effectively.

  • You will be involved with moving, displaying & cleaning hire equipment ready for the day ahead, working in the office processing payments & memberships & answering the phones, picking up back-office tasks as well as providing a warm, welcoming & knowledgeable service to our visitors.
