Position Title:Casual Ticketing Specialists

Job Description:

To support our Ticketing Services team in dealing with supporter queries effectively and efficiently, in a professional manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls, emails and web chat queries from LFC supporters relating to all aspects of ticketing.
  • Provide face to face fan support via the Ticket Office windows.
  • Advise customers of ticket availability, sales dates, and NFC stadium access.
  • Process any administration work or ticket fulfilment as and when needed.
  • Day to day liaison with Managers on all aspects of Ticketing responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • PC Competent, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Flexible approach.
  • Ability to understand and adhere to policies and procedures relevant to the department.
  • The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
