Job Description:

We currently have a number of temporary part-time opportunities for Sales Advisors to join our Dublin Retail Store Team.

Responsibilities:

• Basic Sales Management through driving the AVS, UPT and Conversion by offering add on sales and upselling.
• Merchandising/display.
• Stock shrinkage and cash flow controls.
• Customer care and experience.
• Product knowledge.
• Operational compliance – compliance with Club and H&S procedures.
• Dealing with customer refunds.
• Dealing with sales, as and when required.
• Receiving and storing the delivery of large amounts of stock.
• Till work and being responsible for processing cash and card payments.
• Reporting discrepancies and problems to the supervisor.
• Giving advice and guidance on product selection to customers.
• Build and maintain good working relationships both internally and externally, maintaining a professional image at all times when representing Liverpool Football Club.

Requirements:

• The successful candidate will have previous retail experience with a focus on customer care and driving a high quality customer experience.
• You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and strong numeracy and literacy.
• Retail and/or Customer Service qualifications would be advantageous.
