Position Title: Tradelens Product Manager

Job Description:

You will be an integrated player in fulfilling our ambitious growth aspiration, being a key player in building customer value propositions to the worlds’ leading companies, and drive sales pursuits with a strategic agenda for our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • As an Area Growth Manager for TradeLens, you will be responsible for building trust and robust partnerships with customers in the Area who have bought into the TradeLens transformation.
  • You will support on the retention and development of TradeLens clients and managing the lifecycle of their customer experience journey from onboarding and implementation through to contract renewal.
  • Through TradeLens solution unique value proposition and capabilities, you will play an instrumental role in ensuring that the TradeLens value is brought to life, driving the continual exploration of TradeLens clients supply chain processes to identify further opportunities and needs that can be supported by end-to-end digital solutions realizing our customers’ ambitions to achieve sustainable growth.
  • You will investigate and recommend the strongest network development opportunities locally, building an ecosystem to support acceleration of TradeLens within your Area direction and scope, working with internal and external stakeholders to support you on the realization of TradeLens vision.
  • You will work in close collaboration with our Regional TradeLens team, delivering input to European strategy and direction, and be the voice of the customer, identifying need trends to drive strategic product development globally.
  • You will be the go-to subject matter expert in the local organization, increasing product awareness, manage risks and drive operational and financial performance in the Area.
  • You will support on the customer specific value proposition, guiding on tailor-made solutions through a leading industry digital platform, thus being an integral part of delivering our mission to become a more connected, transparent, efficient, and paperless industry, and driving Maersk growth.

Requirements:

  • Account Management experience, owning customer life cycles, setting and executing engagement plans for an optimized, high performance, low churn client base focussed on growth.
  • Working to and delivering KPI & Success Criteria and ability to performance manage turnaround on identified gaps
  • Experience in Logistics Supply Chain with proven ability in product and solution development that generate value across all functions of a client’s business.
  • Experience in software and/or digitisation solution value selling
  • Strong Commercial background with ability to demonstrate value to customer needs who can create excitement around a product/solution for wider uptake
  • Proven Stakeholder Management, managing without authority and assuredness at discussions across all functions and levels
  • Obsessed with customers and how leading innovations and digital end-to-end solutions can transform the industry and democratize global trade
  • Proven track record in a matrix, multi-cultural organisation, building strong relationships and networks both locally and internationally
  • You are used to work independently, delivers on your commitments, work with agility and urgency and handle ambiguity well.
