Position Title: Marketing Manager

Responsibilities: 

  • Work with internal stakeholders to align digital marketing content strategy with overarching UK marketing calendar
  • Build strong relationships with local eCom, offline media, CRM, PR and VM teams to ensure 360 alignment Agency Management
  • The position is a key day-to-day contact with the digital arm of the UK media and influencer agency
  • Build a strong relationship with platform (Google/Facebook/Snap/Pinterest/TikTok) account managers to leverage support and training
  • Manage key relationships across eCommerce, Digital Marketing, PR and with relevant third party agencies
  • Responsible for development, training and progression including development talks and regular one- to-one mentoring
  • Provide day-to-day management and support for the Digital team

Reqirements:

  • Lead UK and global communication to share market knowledge, performance and innovative digital marketing activities to improve performance
  • Manage channel optimisations together with agencies to drive cost efficient channel performance
    Work closely with the Consumer Insights Analyst, eCom Analyst and Finance Business Partner to provide ROAS/KPI targets for each of the channels/agencies to adhere to
  • Follow best practice guidance from external sources, Global media teams, and agencies to ensure effective digital marketing execution
  • Implement regular reporting structure to evaluate ROAS/KPIs on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis vs LY and targets
