Job Description:
The Product manager will support the team in providing relevant, reliable and secure technology solutions to approximately 1400 restaurants across the UK and Ireland. They will work with the team to deliver technology solutions that solve real problems and bring measurable benefits such as top-line sales or bottom-line margin improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Support the product (functional scope, solution components, target users, UX scope) and success criteria (that support business objectives)
- Grow business engagement and collaborative creation of strategic roadmap and prioritised backlog across the product portfolio
- Performs regular assessments of the performance of products in BAU
- Product life-cycle management – covering conception, growth, optimisation and retirement
- Release planning – planning, initiating and overseeing projects to deliver product strategies
