Position Title: Planning Administrator

Job Description:

An excellent opportunity has arisen to join our busy planning support team as a Planner. This is a full time, permanent position based in Hatfield. You will effectively support the various Planning Teams who manage all available manpower resources to ensure successful delivery of Ocado groceries on time and within budget. Approximately 50% of the role will be communicating with our hourly paid workforce via web-chat the other half will be various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • To maintain accurate time and attendance data for Ocado employees
  • To generate weekly/daily reports
  • To communicate with internal customers through online chat and phone
  • To help maintain our routing schedule to match available drivers
  • To effectively manage Ocado employee’s holiday entitlements in line with business restrictions
  • To support daily operational tasks from other Planning Teams
  • Respond to Contact Centre emails in an efficient, professional manner

Requirements:
