Position Title: Business Analyst

Job Description:

We’re looking for a self-motivated, proactive and experienced Business Analyst to work collaboratively with our Contact Centre and help them deliver their strategic objectives/transformation programme through a combination of system enhancements and process improvements.

Responsibilities:

  • Modelling and defining current and future business processes
  • Investigating business challenges, problems and opportunities considering all perspectives
  • Facilitating workshops and backlog refinement sessions
  • Working with Business Stakeholders and Product owners to elicit and analyse business requirements
  • Translating business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Ensuring Stories are well defined and ready for development in line with Sprint planning
  • Assisting the Product Owner with backlog management/prioritisation
  • Ensuring all solutions proposed (technology and process) deliver the required business outcomes and addresses the defined problems
  • Supporting the Development squad throughout the sprint
  • Collaborating across the wider Pets at Home Group, to understand dependencies and achieve common goals

Requirements:

  • Working as a Business Analyst within an agile/devops environment for a minimum of two years
  • Experience of supporting Product Owners to articulate business needs
  • Proven experience of interacting with all levels of Stakeholders
  • Proven experience of articulating risks, issues and impacts to influence decision making
  • Proven experience of facilitating meetings and being able to explain complex business problems to a wide audience
  • Retail/ecommerce
  • Experience of working within a Contact Centre either as a Business Analyst or SME
  • Working with third party Suppliers in terms of Solution Delivery
  • Salesforce CRM or other CRM package
  • BCS Foundation in Business Analysis Diploma
