Job Description:

As a P&C Assistant you provide HR support to the Primark Hoofddorp team. You have contact with the employees and (store) managers regarding the daily HR tasks within the branch. You deal with various topics such as recruitment and selection, personnel planning, absenteeism, performance management and payroll. You are also the first point of contact for employees for HR-related questions (including about collective labor agreements, holidays, salary, etc.)

Responsibilities:

  • Proactivity and stress resistance.
  • Experience in retail is a plus;
  • A completed HR (related) study at a minimum HBO level / or in the final phase of the study;
  • Flexible use;
  • Excellent command of the Dutch language and good command of the English language, both orally and in writing;
  • Characteristics: proactive, accurate/structured, stress resistant, collegial, representative, positive attitude;
  • Solid interlocutor – solicited and unsolicited advice
