Position Title:People and Culture Supervisor

Job Description:

In Primark, the human resources department is called “People and Culture”. We are looking for a new colleague to join our team. This job opportunity will allow you to get to know the work in an international company that is constantly evolving. You will be responsible for human resource management processes in a business with about 350 employees.

Responsibilities:

  • Fashion forward, product aware and Fashion Communications savvy.
  • Equally creative and organised with a solution orientated mind set.
  • Process driven with an exceptional eye for detail.Active participation in recruitment activities
  • Care for a good atmosphere
  • Ability to influence and communicate effectively cross functionally
  • Good IT skills – proficient with the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Signing of employment contracts
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to remain calm and focussed under pressure.
  • Supporting Managers in scheduling employee schedules
  • Experience in a Production based role.
  • Monitoring key personnel performance indicators
  • Monthly payroll, including calculation control
  • Communication with employees on a daily basis

  • Experience with payroll management is a great advantage
  • You like working with people, but you’re not afraid of working with numbers either
  • Equally creative and organised with a solution orientated mind set.
  • Good knowledge of English – communication on a daily basis
  • Proven experience working with MS Office, especially MS Excel
  • Monthly payroll, including calculation control
  • Signing of employment contracts
  • Good IT skills – proficient with the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Enthusiasm, positivity, energy, initiative and teamwork
  • Monitoring key personnel performance indicators- You have experience in a similar HR position,
  • preferably from a dynamic environment
  • Ability to remain calm and focussed under pressure.
  • Supporting Managers in scheduling employee schedules
  • Care for a good atmosphere
  • Experience in a Production based role.
  • Ability to plan, organize and solve problems
  • Fashion forward, product aware and Fashion Communications savvy.
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work for the weekend (at least once a month)
