Position Title: Product Content Assistant

Job Description:

Are you a recent graduate interested in a career in digital retail? Do you have a keen eye for detail? In this role you will be part of the team responsible for the on-site execution of all products on Primark.com, coordinating product launches across the retail calendar and working with stakeholders to ensure launches are on-time and to brief. With the support of our passionate team, you will learn how to conduct customer journeys to improve our product detail pages over time, to optimise digital KPIs and react to market trends.

Responsibilities: 

  • Review customer and market data to continuously identity opportunities for improvements to the digital customer experience.
  • Helping to define and populate attribute requirements for the Product Details Page on categories within your allocation.
  • Facilitate left hand navigation (LHN) and merchandising requirements in line with digital and business category priorities
  • Work with the SEO Team to learn about best-practice industry execution, and ensure Product Details Page execution is optimised for our Natural Search requirements.
  • Help define attribute requirements for customers across our international markets.
  • Manage quality and timeliness of all product launches within your categories.
  • Provide final QC of product information, copy, titles and images ahead of launch.
  • Supporting Test and Learn activities to develop Product Details Page execution to improve digital KPIs such as conversion, bounce rate, exit rate and ATT.
