Position Title: Resourcing Professional

Job Description:

The Central Resourcing Professional role is accountable to engage with all areas of EFS, project teams, customers, strategic capacity planning and the front door to ensure bespoke and complex field requests are managed in-life, while ensuring all appropriate AIS steps are taken to ensure successful completion of field projects working as the conduit between all key stakeholders to ensure we meet customer demand.

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage multiple projects across Field, ranging from one off field resource requests to multiple, complex field requests
  • Working closely with the Regional Delivery Managers, Area Managers, Regional Managers and wider EFS teams.
  • Work with the project teams, customers and the wider EFS team to ensure correct validation of costs and FTE
  • Working in a collaborative way that ensures the availability of resources within agreed lead times
    Seek to continually improve processes and ways of working
  • Highlight any reoccurring and/or growing gaps between customer demand and Field capacity/skills to all stake holders
  • Responsible for the lifecycle of field project requests, this will include ensuring AIS is met from the front door team, through to the in life management and reporting of success against the agreed run rates
  • Working with reporting to build tactical capacity plans.
  • Working closely with Proposition & Introduction team reviewing new work and working through expectations, delivery timescales to meet customer demand
