Job Description:
We’re a leader in propulsion system design and development for the Royal Navy’s nuclear submarine fleet and the sole provider and technical authority.
Responsibilities:
- As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a pivotal role within our nuclear business by developing, implementing and continuously improving manufacturing processes and / or methods of manufacture which are capable of meeting and continuing to meet requirements for quality, cost, delivery rate and lead time.
- This exciting role offers the opportunity to work within a growing Nuclear industry.The Projects vision is to create an enduring, pump manufacturing and refurbishment capability on the Raynesway Estate (Derby).
- The programme of work includes a significant source and method transfer, production introduction and manufacturing capability acquisition, all feeding into a proposed facility design that requires critical Manufacturing inputs to progress.
