Position Title: Analytics & Reporting Manager

Our HR data for approximately 190k employees is concentrated in one single source and is combined with business outcomes data sources in our data lake, where we have access to the latest technologies and tools available in analytics. Responsibilities:

  • Use a range of modern analytics, reporting technologies and visualisation tools to present outputs in dashboards, reports, presentations, visuals, and digital products (e.g. videos, infographics) with compelling narratives.
  • Deliver the Reporting & Analytics vision and annual plan; scope and deliver a strong set of projects that enable better business decisions and actions
  • Key activities and outputs include scheduled reporting; scoping new analytics and reporting requirements; designing scalable, replicable solutions; and delivering customer-centric products and services
  • Lead a team of analysts with a passion for reporting analytics innovations and tools, ensuring continuous development and encouraging them to achieve their full potential
  • Champion a consulting, customer-centric mindset in partnering with customers to address their challenges and opportunities with people analytics & reporting

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of quantitative analytical methodologies and associated technologies, and how to apply them to business problems
  • High calibre in mathematics, statistics, operational research or quality computing degree – BSc or MSc level
  • Ability to build, present, and communicate compelling narratives, visuals, and digital products to drive decision-making and action
  • Experience retrieving data and building reports in HR systems such as OracleHR
  • Experience programming in SQL
