Position Title: Web Analyst

Job Description:

The role will provide varied exposure to all aspects of our company’s lifecycle and board support in a very exciting and fast paced group.

Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for gathering data from multiple sources so that we have clear picture of web activity on a daily/weekly/monthly basis, through collating and manipulating data (usually in Excel) to help others make sense of it.
  • Take control of onsite metrics and KPI’s, analysing customer behaviour to uncover opportunities for improvements and increased conversions.
  • Analyse customer journey’s, benchmarking against the industry, and suggesting areas of improvement.
  • Present the analysis and recommendations back to the key stakeholders in a summarised format tailored to the customer.
  • Calculating return on investment. Support eCommerce colleagues to evaluate campaign performance from email campaigns to product performance on the website, responding efficiently to requests for data from eCommerce colleagues.
  • Input into design of future campaigns (embed reporting into activity), help managers establish metrics, advise on KPI’s for campaigns or other online activity.
  • Understand the impact of our activities on customer recruitment and retention.
  • Review all Screwfix activity considering competitor activity, strategy and changes.
