Position Title: Multi-Modal Export Coordinator

Job Description:

Our Industrial Projects and Energy Solutions (IP&ES) team in Echt, Aberdeen are excited to be looking for an experienced Multi-Model Export Coordinator to join them and support with executing export shipments.

Responsibilities:

  • As the Export Coordinator you will sit within a multi modal branch executing all export shipments for Air, Ocean, Road and Rail to ensure customer requirements are met and goods are delivered on time.
  • You will liaise directly with the customers, agents & internal stakeholders, ensuring that each part of the process is executed in a timely fashion.

Requirements:

  • Our ideal candidate will ideally have operated in a multi modal branch and be comfortable dealing with Air, Ocean, Road and Rail exports.
  • It is important that you are familiar with customs clearances, shipping terms, lines, co-loaders and experienced in liaising with overseas agents.
  • We are also looking for someone who is determined and focused who goes the extra mile, be professional and willing to push boundaries.
