Position Title: Support Coordinator

Job Description:

To support the Private Hire Team and the wider commercial team with operational support and interdepartmental liaison. To lead on and ensure that processes are maintained throughout the department in relation to GTI data entry, vehicle procurement, supplier engagement, internal operational briefings and financial analysis.

Responsibilities: 

  • Contribute and collate data for period reporting & analysis, ensuring that KPIs are correctly recorded for each client.
  • Ensure the Control team are fully briefed on operations on a regular basis.
  • Ensure that contractual obligations are met in all aspects of service delivery Attend meetings and assist with new projects or specific tasks as required by the Commercial Director or Private Hire Supervisor.
  • Interdepartmental liaison with Compliance, Coordination Admin, Finance, Control & Forward Planning teams.
  • Ensure all coach and taxi services are procured within the FRS operator compliance regime.
  • Have a good understanding of company policy and procedures relating to HR and health and safety.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Works effectively under pressure and to deadlines
  • High level of attention to detail, flexible attitude with good MS Office proficiency
  • Operational knowledge of Drivers’ Hours Regulations, Knowledge of transport industry (rail, bus/coach, airline) and conversant with industry legislation (desirable)aInput and maintenance of jobs on GTI, including sales pricing and supplier costs.
  • Customer focused and committed to achieving excellent service delivery
  • Oversee and develop an operator engagement strategy with the Compliance team.
  • Excellent time management and prioritising skills
