Job Description

Working as part of a small team you will provide a range of administrative duties to assist in the delivery of an effective and efficient trade waste service.

Responsibilities:

• You will provide a range of support to the Waste and Recycling team and the external waste collection contractors.
• You will also be responsible for the delivery of the Council trade waste and recycling operations as the first point of contact for commercial enquiries and customers.

Requirements:

• With previous experience of an administrative support role you will have a working knowledge of computer systems including spreadsheets, databases and general office procedures.
• You will be able to effectively organise workload and will have excellent communication skills, including a good telephone manner with the ability to deal effectively with the public.
