Position Title: Shared Services Administrator

Job Description:

Our Shared Services team deliver specialist processes that have a direct impact on the performance of Network Rail, our customers and suppliers. These services include payroll, accounts, finance, controls and compliance, reporting, recruitment and helpdesk support. Responsibilities:

  • Highly motivated team player, able to deliver the volumes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confident using your own initiative and working independently.
  • Organisation and prioritisation are key as you will have to complete tasks within specified timeframes and be used to KPI’s and SLA’s.
  • You’ll need an eye for detail, identifying and correcting any errors with the invoices and timesheets, challenging any that provide incorrect information or missing purchase order numbers.
  • You will be dealing with queries from a variety of people within the organisation. You’ll need good written and verbal skills: concise, clear and articulate.

Requirements:

  • Accounts Payable Experience with a high degree of accuracy
  • Knowledge of subject areas
  • Have experience of processing high volumes of activity
  • Excellent verbal and written skills.
