Twitter ArtHouse works with Fortune 500 brands to help design content for community culture and conversation. We connect brands with creators to make content that is representative of the diversity of audiences on the platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Development and oversight of processes and guidelines that contribute to a more inclusive approach to creator sourcing and creative development.
  • Shape and drive diverse representation in advertising for the UK region. Ownership and accountability of Inclusion and Diversity OKRs for including creators hired, I&D best practices and revenue targets ($ spent by brands to promote inclusive content).
  • Lead new business efforts and RFP presentations, and be held accountable for growing ArtHouse annual revenue and profitability in the UK region.
  • Lead, develop, and coach a motivated and dedicated team that delivers and executes custom creator content solutions that surprise and delight our partner brands, advertisers and agencies.
  • Align brands with the true voices of the communities they aspire to connect with on Twitter
  • Problem solve for your team and create internal processes that drive efficiency at scale
  • Listen, decide, communicate gather feedback and set a vision for the team that fits with that of the
  • Twitter Content Partnerships team and aligns with the ArtHouse mission
