Position Title: Utilisation Controller

Job Description
Reporting to the Utilisation Team Leader and working as part of a friendly and supportive team, you’ll be helping some of our biggest customers get the most use from their fleets by ensuring vehicles are in the right place, at the right time. In addition to this, you’ll receive industry-leading training through our Customer First programme and our accredited EV (electric vehicle) Academy.
Responsibilities:
- Liaising with other departments, such as downtime, to ensure everyone is aware of vehicles in use and on hire
- Using our internal database to locate vehicles already in the fleet, to reduce spend on short-term hire vehicles
- Understanding and working to agreed Service Levels
Requirements:
- Great telephone manner
- Good problem-solving skills
- IT literate, and able to learn new systems quickly
