Job Description:

DHL Global Forwarding is looking for a Customer Service Specialist on Brucargo for its customer Caterpillar. Are you interested in strengthening our team?

Responsibilities:

  • You are the first point of contact for specifically assigned customers.
  • You accept the orders from these customers and pass them on to the operations department.
  • Due to your proactive attitude, you are continuously informed of the current shipments and you also communicate this to your customers.
  • You inform customers about price requests and other operational questions.
  • You take every complaint from customers to heart. You complete this completely or you ensure that this is solved by the right department.
  • You work closely with the operations department, who take care of the back office of your orders.
  • You provide correct and complete information for the processing of the order.
  • You pass on possible leads to the sales department.

Requirements:

  • You have a first administrative work experience in the logistics sector.
  • Good to perfect language skills (Dutch, English and French) both orally and in writing.
  • You like to work independently.
  • You are positive and very stress resistant. This allows you to set the right priorities.
  • Your communication, customer-oriented and computer skills are highly developed. Microsoft office and outlook are therefore no stranger to you.
  • A critical view, sense for innovative improvements and creative search for solutions are appreciated.
