Responsibilities:

  • This is a hands-on role and seen as part of the delivery team as well as managing a team of Health and Safety and indirectly CDM team, totally 10 FTEs.
  • The role is leading the delivery and management of health and safety for the major project, with a focus on systems, reporting, construction assurance, design review and checks.
  • The role makes use of digital solutions for data collection and performance data analytics (SharePoint design, Microsoft Forms, Power Apps, Power BI Dashboarding etc), so experience would be helpful in using digital solutions.

Requirements:

  • Have relevant H&S qualifications
  • You will need to be client focussed, committed to providing great service and solutions to improve our client’s businesses. Applying technical, people, commercial, quality and digital considerations into the design of a solution to a client’s requirements, should also play to your strengths
  • You should be a natural collaborator with an affinity for developing positive relationships with clients, promoting our services both internally to our wider Arcadis business, and externally to clients
  • You should also be a fluent and confident report writer, with experience technical reviewing the work of others and confident in understanding and applying quality and governance standards
