Position Title:Digital Learning Designer

Job Description:

There continues to be a significant investment into IT realising Hermes’ vision of being a digital business with data being a significant enabler for the Hermes Business Strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • he design and development of new engaging and innovative digital learning solutions, aligned to Hermes brand guidelines and business objectives.
  • Create opportunities to test new learning solutions across the digital learning portfolio to ensure the execution of each intervention is successful and fit for purpose (e.g. Test groups, trials and so on)
  • Maintaining and updating existing online training material as directed or requested by the Digital Learning Manager, key stakeholders and/or HR Teams.
  • Considering the end user experience (both operational and non-operational audiences) ensuring that the MyJourney platform (Learner Management System – LMS) and associated content is engaging and easy to access.
  • The overall administration of MyJourney as required, striving for 100% learner satisfaction each time they use the platform.
  • Supporting learners and stakeholders in the day to day access of and running of the MyJourney platform
  • Continuous development of job critical skills, including but not limited to – Adobe Creative Cloud, Articulate 360, and Office 365.

Requirements:

  • Experience in design and creation of digital learning solutions – specifically e-module authoring and video creation
  • Knowledge of working with LMS and/or Learning Experience Platforms
  • Experience with rapid authoring tools for creative production such as Articulate, Rise, Storyline, Adobe CC and Vyond
  • Relevant and up-to-date knowledge of online learning technologies
