Position Title:Shop Maintenance Resource Planner

Responsibilities:

  • Forwarding and chasing jobs to contractors through to completion
  • Ensuring that all calls are planned, logged and processed in line with agreed service level agreements
  • Liaising with our retail teams to ensure they receive a great service in line with our agreed service

  • Using the Aeromark mobile workforce management system to plan Engineer’s workloads effectively for both reactive and planned maintenance activities
  • Carrying out essential admin tasks in line with business needs
  • Placing orders through SAP ordering system
  • Liaising with 3rd party contractors, Engineers and in house customers
  • Ensuring that calls are escalated in line with agreed procedures
  • Raising and receipting purchase orders in line with current accounts system

Requirements:

  • Previous experience of team working
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Flexible to changeable shift patterns
  • Computer literate – intermediate level minimum –Excel and word essential
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Results driven
  • A professional telephone manner with the ability to communicate at all levels
