Position Title: Product Manager

Job Description:

MATCHESFASHION is looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead Purchase and Loyalty Experiences (sign in/up, checkout, fraud and security, payments methods, loyalty) across the website. This is a full-time role that will initially provide a maternity cover but then fully focus on the Loyalty and Marketing Experiences across the site.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the vision and strategy for your area for how MATCHESFASHION can deliver value for the customers, balancing business needs and technical capabilities
  • Collaborate and build relationships across different teams in the company
  • Help shape the product and technical processes to drive efficiency and learnings
  • Work closely with UX, design, technical and business teams to shape ideas and transform them into the product backlog and user stories
  • Ensure that your team has the right focus and understands why’s and what’s
  • Balance strategic initiatives alongside minor incremental improvements and help teams to address the technical debt

Requirements:

  • You are persistent, rational and use data and facts to come up with ideas and drive them forward
  • You understand that delivery of the project doesn’t stop after the release
  • You pursue high standards
  • You can sort any ambiguity and ensure that everyone (in your team or outside) have relevant and clear information at all times
  • You are curious, humble and authentic
  • You have good communication skills and understand the importance of the storytelling
  • You love a/b testing and trying small conversion optimisation ideas
