Job Description:
The location in Utrecht has a large team of employees. It is your job as a Manager to ensure that this runs smoothly. You are responsible for maximizing the sales result of your department. Of course you do not do this alone. Depending on your department, you lead and manage about 10-15 employees. You are also responsible for the orders, deliveries, stock management and merchandising of your department. A satisfied customer is very important to Primark. As a Manager, you are therefore also responsible for providing good service to our customers by yourself and your team
Responsibilities:
- You will be the first point of contact for day to day People & Culture queries in the Business Partner’s absence.
- You will be responsible for building, strengthening and maintaining strong relationships by helping and advising in all aspects of People & Culture related queries.
Requirements:
- Carry out full on-boarding of new employees including coordination of induction programmes.
- Issue new joiners with contracts and offer letters
