Position Title: Resource Co-ordinator

Job Description:
We are currently seeking experienced train drivers (train managers) to support with our rail services work based out of Wembley on a full time basis (but we would consider other flexible ways of working). The bulk of the work consists of testing and commissioning of new rolling stock for passenger operators. You would work an average 4 day week (34.5 hours) across the year, based on customer requirements across a varied shift pattern.
Responsibilities:
- Reviewing rosters to obtain the optimum performance from the resources available.
- Liaising with key stakeholders to assess the needs of the business to ensure future vacancies are covered and where necessary discuss alternative suggestions to cover work.
- Ensuring our Crewplan system is kept up to date with all changes whilst ensuring any changes made have been clearly communicated to the relevant Departments.
- Liaising with Traincrew where necessary to cover vacancies using the most robust methods.
- Altering the train plans at short notice to ensure all vacancies are covered.
- Ensure train crew vacancies are resourced effectively.
Reqirements:
- Competent with Microsoft IT Packages
- Ability to prioritize
- Attention to detail
- Problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
